GoodBye Soldering Harness

I am not a techy or been adventurous enough to mess around with wiring, i just pick up a guitar and play and i have been doing that ever since i can remember, so i am a complete novice. When it comes to anything technical I have been known to become weak at the knees.

I set about putting the pick ups on following your diagrams very carefully, from removing the strings and the pick guard and fitting the new ones took me 1.50 hours and thats setting up and restringing and plugging in to play.

Your system is so easy to install it's unbelievable, if i can do it anybody can. What a difference in sound.

it was only recently that I installed a complete set of Stratocaster electronics entirely myself. And would you believe I did the whole job in under an hour? Pretty quick for a rookie, huh? Truth be told, the task was made a lot easier because it involved a trio of ultra-quiet Kinman Woodstock pickups as well as the Australian pickup maker’s helpful NoSoldering Harness upon which all necessary components—pickups, pots, knobs, 5-way selector, output jack, fastening nuts, and lock washers—are pre-wired and configured to mount directly onto a Strat pickguard. Installation was simple.

I'm writing you to say I'm very happy with my new pickups. They arrived on time and I was able to install them with the no solder kit with no problems thanks to your instructions. The pickups sound fantastic. My lows are clear and the highs not too harsh. I'm playing through an amp built by a friend that is much like a tweed deluxe with an alnico speaker and these pickups bring out the best in this guitar and amp. I'm digging the additional tone combinations and the cap on the volume pot to retain highs. Thanks for a great product,

Hello Kinmans!

Just wanted to let you know, my pickups arrived right on time and installation was a breeze (the NoSoldering harness is a nice option). Even with the most basic setup, the sound is far superior to the stock pups (you already knew that). Obviously, I'm still experimenting with the setup - the possibilities seem endless.
