Gilmour Set

These pickups are incredibely good sounding and the possiblilities with the k9 on them are totally stunning! I was about to order the woodstock plus set with the k9, but i´m very happy i went for the Gilmour Set! Perfect choice for me :)

Just wanted to say that I had the Gilmour set installed in my Clapton Strat and they sound fantastic. The pickups are clear, articulate, and extremely dynamic. What a difference between the Kinmans and the sterile Fender Vintage Noiseless. The attack is slightly rounded compared to the Fralins in my Ash Strat. This is welcomed as the Kinmans will take fuzz & distortion better than the Fralins. While the Fralins sound great clean, the Gilmour set sound excellent clean & dirty. Thank you for bringing my Clapton Strat to life!

Installed the Gilmour Set into my Roman Pearlcaster. Best pickups I've ever owned/played hands down. Thank you for building such amazing pickups! I'm looking to now install some in my MIM strat that is seT up HSS. What humbucker would couple best with the Impersonator E56 ? Thank you , Brian

Installed the Gilmour pickups with the Fender mid boost circuit. It's now the finest Strat I've ever played and the only one where I love all 5 pickup positions. And so quiet. Tonally a thing of beauty. I've never been a Strat player until now. Beautiful pickups.

I installed my new Gilmour set in my Fender Custom Shop Todd Krause '50s Strat, replacing the Fender Fat '50s that came with it. WOW!! This is what I've been seeking. This is my 4th set of Kinman Strat pickups - over the last 20 years I've installed Blues, Hank Marvin, and Impersonator '54 sets in various Strats. These new Gen 2 pickups are what I've always hoped for - they've got air, they've got clarity, and they've got that lovely quiet space between notes. Congratulations!! You've arrived!
